All are fairly easy to do and many will wonder why more people do not change them in their life. It is all based on how we were growing up and the authority figures in our life and how we responded to our environment for us to learn.
Mental healing is all about working with areas of your mental status. This can be a combination of affirmations, goal statements, mantras, positive mind sets, making decisions, removing mental barriers, taking responsibility, and much more. This mental level is where all of these issues reside and this needs to be corrected to have as strong and healthy mental area as possible.
Mental healing is all about changing the things on a mental level and to have this complete in our life. Many people go and have distant healing sessions completed and then wonder why things are still not shifted within their life. They have to complete the whole process, not just a part of the process. You would not watch what you are eating and lose weight only to then hit your ideal weight and then start eating ice cream cones every day. That would be pointless and everything would go back to the old pattern of thinking, so nothing will change.

The biggest thing I see is that people are only grateful for the things that that can see in their life that they asked for. The overlook all of the other hidden aspects that they can enjoy. They summarize this into being grateful for the material things and really overlook the general aspect that they are here to enjoy this life. You can list out a ton of things that you are grateful for, but the biggest one many forget is that they are just grateful - I am grateful - this is the key sentence when working with your gratitude list!
Being present in the moment is the last step to your mental healing completion. You have to remember that we cannot change anything about our past, nor can we live in that or in the future.
