Born in Arlington, VA Sandra Annett Bullock to a mom that was a German opera singer and voice lesson teacher and her father was employed with the Army and was also a voice coach. Sandra frequently traveled Europe with her mother on opera tours. Also before the days of Sandra Bullock box office hits, while going on those opera tours Sandra also sang in the children's opera, as well.
