You can change your mind issues before you even finish reading this article. It is that easy! I want you to make a decision that you will commit yourself to your own holistic healing ability and see yourself in a positive and healthy light.

You can tap in right now, but you have to be decisive in this. It is up to you to make that call in your life and decide what you want and then visualize this in all formats in your life.

There are some people who confuse the brain and the mind when you mention working with mind issues. The brain and the mind are two totally different areas. The brain is a physical organ within your body. The mind, however, is a part of who you are, which controls your thinking process and how you work on two separate levels.

When we speak of healing the mind, this is where it is then broken down into two concepts for us to healing. There is the mental healing side and then the emotional healing side. They work together to combine your healing concepts of the mind.

Now when we work with healing the mind, it is all about really healing these two areas, the mental and the emotional sides. We can do this through a variety of techniques such as affirmations, shifting your mind set, working through visualizations, and changing your emotional areas, but you have to heal both for a complete healing session.

Through our lifetime we have come across many barriers growing up. We have encountered them both on a mental and emotional healing level. These barriers may have even transferred into our adult lives for us to deal with for healing.

The key step in this healing process is to work on these barriers in our lives together for a successful session to be completed. They are tied together in such a way that without working on them this way you will cause more issues in your life.

When these two areas are so closely tied together it is important to understand how they work for your healing process. When you work on healing one area, and not healing the other area, the one that is not healed then becomes consumed with the issues from the first. It is important to work on them together to avoid this issue.

If you are working on healing the mental area, the emotional area can become flooded with emotions. Just as if you were working on the emotional area, the mental area can then become overwhelmed with mental chatter. These two areas balance each other out for a harmonious vibe within our own energetic bodies, so it is important to work on them together for a successful energy healing session.
