There are many different ways that you can improve all of these issues, but I like to introduce you to some of the ways that are not really thought about such as alternative modalities to enhance these areas of your life.
How can any of these things really fit into your life? How can you make them work to enhance your own skills, let alone very specific things such as positive attitude skills?
The key to all of this is balance! You read that right, I said balance. When you're talking about balance, I'm not referring to planet juggling act, but rather working on having a life that you are proud of in all aspects.
There are many different ways to work with these types of properties, you just have to understand how to incorporate them into life. You have to find where you need to implement them, work on the root cause, and balance all of the issues.
Working with your positive attitude skills, how to these issues make you feel and what are the underlying root causes that need to be worked on first?
Once you answer this question, this will give you the keys to figuring out how to heal all the different areas so that you can enhance the specific target for your healing work.
