Good nutrition goes a long way. Allowing the food to balance the PH in the body allows for natural skin that radiates. There are many foods that can affect the acid level in the body. This is important for the entire system. Usually you want the acid level in the body under 7.2. 7.4 is really high.
This diet may seem hard at first but actually it is easy once you get used to it. It is all about changing the way you eat and view food. Many people have body's that are very high in acid and do not even know it. They may experience weight gain, sugar cravings and low energy. These are just some of the signs that your body need to lower the PH.
Some foods that are good to eat in order to have great skin are vegetables, especially broccoli and celery. Sprouts and beans are also very good. One thing to remember is not to eat high sugar fruits like tomato and lemon. Most fruits have a high level of acid.
Other foods high in acid are meat, dairy and sweets. These should be avoided if possible. If you do eat these foods, be sure to drink plenty of water and eat vegetables with them. Also, vegetables helps to avoid gluten. If you follow this advice, you should have very nice, healthy skin.
