Make Money Online Either By Tradition or Franchise
Very few people will ever get rich by working for someone else. Aside from musicians, athletes, and similarly gifted people, the only way to acquire wealth by work is to build a brick and mortar business of your own, or make money online though a business of your own.
There are a few ways to do this. However, the type of business which you decide upon will depend on: (1) How much money you have available as start-up capital and working capital; (2) Your business idea; and (3) Your level of self-confidence.
There are also two main types of business. They are: (1) The traditional one in which you are reliant solely on your own efforts; and (2) A franchise where you follow a proven idea and receive considerable training and back-up from the franchise company. Either can be a traditional or a make money online business.
Each business type has its pros and cons.
• The traditional business requires considerable financial input, either from your own assets, or funded in part by a bank. Also, you may need to rent space, purchase equipment, hire a staff, and pay for marketing and operating materials. However, if you are engaged in a make online money business, you will have far less fixed costs (ie. rent, etc.). Unfortunately, an alarmingly high rate of these businesses fail in their inaugural year. To succeed, you will need a unique idea, considerable financial backing, good health, an understanding spouse, and lots and lots of stamina. The good news is if you do successfully make it past the stormy start up phase, you will own the business outright, and benefit from all the profits.
• Conversely, franchises have a high success rate. Banks tend to prefer franchises because each franchise operation has a proven track record. As a result, the banks can accurately judge the risk, and will be more apt to lend money for this sort of start-up. However, there is a downside. The initial entrance fee is likely to be very high, and a percentage of the business’s turnover has to be paid to the franchise company. This is true regardless of whether you are purchasing a brick and mortar franchise, or an online franchise .
So which type of business is for you? If you wish to provide a service or product where you have previous experience, the traditional business will be probably be the best choice. This is even more true if you are able to eliminate several of the fixed costs by operating solely online. However, if you do not have a unique idea, but do have the funds, then a franchise may be the preferred option.
The choice then is determined chiefly by the funds you have access to, and the strength of your business idea. If you have a strong business idea, then use it to make money online and own all of the profits while limiting your start up expenses. If you have the funds, you may want to consider a franchise. Whichever you choose, both will require an all out commitment.
Zero Cost. Zero Obligation.
